Yes, Just make shure your feet and clean

It all depends on how much the room is used, we reccomend at least once a year
Do I have to move everything out of the room?

No we move everything within reasion
How long does it take to dry?

It take about 4 to 6 hrs to dry, some spots my take a little longer.
